Fear, pain and fear of more pain interrupt the flow of meridian energy causing dis-ease in the emotional, mental, physical and spiritual levels in our body. We were not born with most fears, they programmed in, usually at a very early age. Fear controls most of our behaviors. Most major fears are programmed in by age six. When we experience “stress reaction”, the blood and energy drains from the front of the brain and goes into the back brain and into large leg muscles for “fight or flight” response. At this stage front of the brain (where we have the Conscious Associational Thinking Area, where we live in the present moment) is shut down with an IQ=0.

Kinesiology is the science of energy balancing and is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology. Kinesiology uses muscles as monitors of stress and imbalance within the body. In the late 1960’s Dr. George Goodheart discovered if he put a certain substance on the body, it caused a weak or strong muscle of the body. Through much further study, it was found that not only substances affect the body, but also a visual, other sensorial stimulation, words, people, emotion, food etc. can cause a weak response. This response is a sign that the body is stressed. Muscles are where the body-mind interaction takes place, brain and body has connected a memory of stress of each past experience.
Kinesiology helps us to gently release the stress of the past, present and the future events and program in “choice”, so the person is no longer repeating the old limiting programming.
